Daily Skin Care Menu

Wouldn’t it be great if your skin just took care of itself? No need to worry about blemishes, wrinkles or anything like that! Just turn up looking flawless all the time! Well sadly, there isn’t anyone in the world who has that luxury.

Does it really matter when and in what order you apply your skin care products? Definitely, yes! Depending on your skin type, it is useful to have a daily care routine, which can help you to maintain your skin.

Understanding The Skin Types

So first of all, you need to figure out which skin type you are. There are four basic skin types: normal, oily, dry and combination. Your skin type is determined by genetics, but your skin condition can vary depending on how you take care of it. Once you’ve figured out which skin type you are, you are good to go and use the routine that is added below.

The Ultimate Everyday Routine

Normal Skin

Normal skin is characterised by a healthy appearance, soft and smooth structure and small pores. The T-zone, which is the area between the forehead, nose and chin which is usually a concern to oily skin, may only look a little more shiny than the rest of the face.

Oily Skin

Oily is used to describe a skin type which consists of open pores, a shiny complexion, blackheads, and pimples. Because hormones affect oil production, anything that changes your hormone levels may affect your skin.

Dry Skin

Dry skin is a very common skin type that causes small fine flakes and dry patches. The skin feels tight due to the lack of water, it can become more sensitive and itchy.

Combination Skin

Your skin can be dry or normal in some areas and oily in others, such as the T-zone (nose, forehead, and chin). It can be difficult to care for combination skin, but it is not impossible. To care for combination skin properly, you need to find products that work well on the different skin types present on your face, and that do not irritate your skin.
